Dr Michael Heng PBM has more than 35 years of senior management experience with local and foreign multinational corporations. His clients include government agencies, manufacturing and service companies. Michael has created and managed private companies since 1992; and grown enterprises from startups as well as strategic merger and acquisition using venture capital, private equity and innovative corporate finance. He mentors and coach entrepreneurs and senior executives. He consults with foreign Governments as well as C-Level Executives and Board Directors on various matters spanning sustainability, CSR, strategy, investments, project management, HRM, talent management, regional growth, leadership development and succession readiness.

Dr Michael Heng PBM is recognized as an influential thought-leader and thinker on entrepreneurship, SME, human capital, venture creation, business strategy, sustainability and CSR.

Dr Michael Heng PBM was recognised on the National Day 2002 Honours List and awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) for community service by the President of Singapore. In 2019, he was conferred the Earth Care Award for “leadership in a business enterprise who promotes innovative eco-friendly alternatives for sustainable development”.

He received the CSR Leadership Award 2012 on World CSR Day in recognition of “his contributions which has made a difference to people and the community”, and the Global CSR Leadership Award at the Global CSR Summit 2012. At the Philip Kotler World Marketing Summit 2013, he was honoured with the CSR Leadership Excellence Award.
